Q. Do you restock items / How long does it take for items to be restocked?
A. Majority of our items are LIMITED DESIGNS, which means once they are sold out they are gone FOREVER.
If we do restock them we will announce it through our Instagram or email, so follow us on one of those if you want to be up to date for announcements!
Q. How long will it take to get my orders?
A. It really depends where you are and how far you are from us. We are located in Virginia Beach, VA, which is on the edge of the east coast.
We ship out orders the next day that it is placed, and the delivery usually takes between 2-5 days. We use UPS as our main shipping provider!
Q. Are your items pre-made or pre-order?
A. All of our items are pre-made and ready to be shipped out immediately!
Q. Refunds and Exchanges?
A. All orders and sales are final, only exception is if there is a defect on the item!
